Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your TEG subscription. This policy explains when and how we issue refunds.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.

Refund Eligibility

  • New subscribers: If you subscribed within the last 7 days and have not accessed premium content, you may request a full refund.
  • Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charge or wrong amount), we will issue a full refund for the erroneous amount upon verification.
  • Extenuating circumstances: We review refund requests outside these criteria on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Subscriptions where premium content has been accessed beyond the 7-day window.
  • One-time purchases (e.g., reports, courses) once the digital content has been downloaded or accessed.
  • Partial months or unused days after cancellation (except as noted above).

How to Request a Refund

Email support@theeducatedgambler.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The credit will appear on your original payment method.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
